At NUVÉRA, your well-being comes first. We are convinced of the quality and effectiveness of our products. However, should you ever not be satisfied, we want you to take no risks.

How the Guarantee Works

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to thoroughly test our products. The guarantee is a voluntary promise from us to you, so you can be convinced of our formulations without pressure.

Conditions at a Glance

• Understandable Reason: Since a satisfaction guarantee is based on the experience with the product, providing a logical reason for dissatisfaction is required.
  Example: An unopened product cannot lead to dissatisfaction as it has not been consumed. In this case, only the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
• Scope of the Guarantee: The guarantee applies to one opened package per product.
• Multi-packs: Should you have purchased multiple packages of the same product, we will refund the first (opened) package under the guarantee. All other packages must be originally sealed and unopened.
• Hygiene & Retention: For hygienic reasons, you do not need to send the opened package back to us – you may keep it or dispose of it properly.

Steps to Refund

1. Contact Us: Send an email to kontakt@nuvera.life.
2. Provide Details: Please provide us with your order number and briefly and comprehensibly explain why you were not satisfied with the product. This feedback is essential for us to continuously improve our products.
3. Return (if applicable): If you still have unopened packages from the same order, please send them back with the enclosed reference number (you can find this at the bottom of the original UPS shipping label) to the following address. The costs for the return shipping are borne by the buyer.

4. Refund: Upon receipt of your feedback (and, if applicable, the unopened goods), we will refund the corresponding purchase price to your original payment method.
